Oklahoma State Parks

Natural Falls State Park…

I had the wonderful opportunity to revisit a beautiful State Park here in Oklahoma.

A fellow Photographer and I went on a beautiful photo-walk on March 22nd, 2014. What a beautiful Saturday it was for a walk in the park and for photography.

You may not know this but the movie, “Where the Red fern Grows” was filmed in this hidden treasure place among the State Parks of Oklahoma in 1974. Natural Falls State Park offers camping opportunities with full access to the park for overnight campers, lots of wildlife trails, beautiful scenery including a very tall and breath-taking waterfall… It is a beautiful place for a family day trip, romantic picnic or just a cool place to walk and enjoy nature. Many people like to visit this place of wonder…nature is a wonder.

Have a wonderful day…and check back often to see where else we have traveled….or the people we have been fortunate enough to photograph along life’s journey. 😀
